Travel Plan Flexibility
We’ve made adjustments to our reservation policies to provide you with maximum flexibility while travel remains restricted in many parts of the world. For peace of mind of our guests, during the current COVID-19 virus, our cancellation policy has been changed to offer our guests greater flexibility and is now free of penalties and instead a credit letter for a future stay is provided to you for up to two years. This means you are free to make a reservation and may postpone your vacation for up to two years after your original reservation date.
If you do not wish to take advantage of the credit option in the future, you will be charged a penalty night and the rest will be refunded.
Note: To apply to this option, we require written notification to email@example.com at least 45 days prior to your arrival. Cancellations with less than 45 days do not apply for refund.
